I've tried to make the shopping experience quick and simple. I always welcome input and suggestions.

1) Starting off is very simple. You don't need an account or account number to place your first order. 
2) It's always better to have your account number for future orders, so that you don't create multiple accounts. If you don't have your account number, don't sweat it - place an order and we'll correct it on our end.
3) We don't hide our prices behind logins and account info. Our pricing is right out there - and we don't have different pricing schedules for different customers. It's not communism - it fairness. Why are the big guys so secretive about their prices?
4) We do offer occaisional specials and their codes are entered at check out.
5) Some items have different prices when ordered individually and in a box or pack. You can see the different pricing on the item page.
The price will automaically change based on the volume ordered.
6) Out of stock items can be ordered and will be placed on back-order status and shipped as soon as they arrive.
